🔎 Recap: How Witchcraft is Sneaking Into Our Lives

In Part 2, we uncovered how witchcraft has been rebranded and repackaged in today’s culture. The enemy has made it attractive, empowering, and even “Christian.”

From manifestation to astrology to Christian witchcraft, we saw that witchcraft doesn’t always look evil—sometimes, it looks like self-improvement.

But deception always comes disguised as light (2 Corinthians 11:14).

Today, we’re diving even deeper.

One of the biggest ways witchcraft is creeping into people’s lives is through New Age “wellness” movements.

Let’s expose the truth.

🔎 What is New Age Spirituality?

New Age spirituality is a mix of different religious beliefs, philosophies, and occult practices. It is focused on:
✔️ Self-divinity – "You are your own god."
✔️ Hidden knowledge – "The universe holds secret wisdom for you."
✔️ Energy manipulation – "You can harness the energy around you."
✔️ Alternative healing – "Spiritual forces can heal your mind and body."

It sounds deep and enlightening, but at its core, New Age is just modern witchcraft.

It offers a false version of peace, healing, and wisdom—but without Jesus.

"There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." (Proverbs 14:12)

🔎 1. Manifestation and “Speaking Your Reality Into Existence”

"Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made..." (Genesis 3:1)

The New Age movement teaches that you have the power to create your reality just by thinking, believing, and speaking.

"Visualize your dream life and it will come true!"
"The universe gives you what you put out!"
"Your words have power—just speak success into existence!"

This is not biblical faith. This is sorcery.

The Difference Between Biblical Faith & Manifestation:

Manifestation says: "I can create my own future."
Biblical faith says: "God is in control, and I trust His plan." (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Manifestation says: "The universe rewards my energy."
Biblical faith says: "Every good thing comes from God." (James 1:17)

Manifestation says: "I declare wealth, health, and success!"
Biblical faith says: "Lord, let Your will be done." (Matthew 6:10)

👉 Truth bomb: The power to create belongs to God alone. Trying to manipulate reality is witchcraft.

🔎 2. Energy Healing, Chakras, and Crystals

"You shall have no other gods before me." (Exodus 20:3)

Millions of people turn to energy healing, crystals, and spiritual practices to feel balanced and whole.

Reiki & Chakra Healing – "Align your energy for inner peace."
Crystals & Gemstones – "These hold power for protection and healing."
Sound Baths & Vibrations – "Frequencies clear negative energy."

Sounds harmless? It’s not.

The Biblical Problem With Energy Healing:

✔️ It teaches that you can “heal yourself” apart from God.
✔️ It taps into spiritual forces that are NOT from the Holy Spirit.
✔️ It replaces God’s power with mystical objects and rituals.

Nowhere in the Bible does God tell us to use “energies” or “chakras.” Healing comes through Jesus alone.

"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5)

👉 Truth bomb: If healing is coming from anything other than Jesus—it’s not from God.

🔎 3. The Rise of "Spiritual Detoxing" (Sage, Palo Santo, and Smudging)

"Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)

Many people burn sage or palo santo to “cleanse negative energy” from their homes and lives.

"Sage clears out bad vibes!"
"Burning palo santo invites peace into your space!"
"Smudging protects you from evil spirits!"

But here’s the truth:

Burning sage does NOT cleanse your home from evil spirits—only Jesus does.

Nowhere in the Bible does God tell us to burn herbs to drive away darkness. Instead, He tells us:

✔️ Rebuke the enemy in Jesus’ name (Luke 10:19).
✔️ Put on the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).
✔️ Surround yourself with prayer and God’s Word (Psalm 91).

👉 Truth bomb: You don’t need sage—you need the Holy Spirit.

🔎 4. Angel Numbers, Numerology, and “Hidden Messages” from God

"Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God." (Leviticus 19:31)

New Age spirituality teaches that repeating numbers (111, 333, 777, etc.) are “angel numbers” with secret messages for your life.

But this is just another form of divination.

The Bible is clear:
❌ God does not send secret codes in numbers—He speaks through His Word.
❌ Seeking messages through numbers is a form of fortune-telling.
❌ God’s guidance is clear and direct—not mystical riddles.

👉 Truth bomb: God does not send coded messages—He speaks through His Word.

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." (Psalm 119:105)

🔎 New Age is a Counterfeit—Jesus is the Truth

New Age practices offer a false version of everything God already gives us.

New Age: “Raise your vibrations.”
Jesus: "Be filled with the Holy Spirit." (Ephesians 5:18)
New Age: “Unlock hidden wisdom.”
Jesus: "If you lack wisdom, ask God." (James 1:5)
New Age: “Cleanse your energy.”
Jesus: "The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:7)

There is nothing New Age can offer that Jesus doesn’t already provide—without deception.

🔎 Call to Action: Reject the Counterfeit and Follow Jesus

If you’ve engaged in any of these practices, you don’t need to be afraid—but you do need to turn back to Jesus.

What you can do today:

✅ Repent – Reject every New Age belief and turn fully to Jesus.
✅ Pray for deliverance – Ask God to remove any spiritual influence not from Him.
✅ Fill your life with God’s Word – The Bible is your weapon against deception.
✅ Share this article – Help others break free from spiritual lies.

💬 Pray this prayer today:
"Lord, I renounce every New Age practice I have engaged in. I reject all false spiritual power and surrender fully to You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, and open my eyes to Your truth. In Jesus' name, Amen."
